Diabetes Education & Management

A diagnosis of diabetes or pre-diabetes can be daunting news.

Physicians typically do not have enough time to fully explain to their patient’s what is going on in their bodies or how to manage it.  Having a qualified and compassionate partner is key.

Through ANW’s signature client-centered approach, all ANW providers meet client’s wherever they are in the disease process. With a “back to the basics” focus, our providers can assist in simplifying the menu planning and nutrition process to ensure clients have a real understanding and get real results.

To note, ANW provider Jacqui Jarrett is a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES). She specializes in diabetes management and prevention through comprehensive education and behavior modification.
