While we participate with a wide-variety of insurance plans, our participation does not always guarantee coverage.  We advise all clients to contact their insurance plan customer service to obtain the network status for Advantage Nutrition & Wellness, LLC (Billing NPI # 1710168638).  You can also find additional information regarding insurance billing and participation, please see our FAQs.

Self-Pay Rates

If your insurance plan does not cover nutrition therapy, or if you would like services beyond your insurance limits, ANW has very competitive, self-pay rates.

In 2010 the doctor told me my “bad” cholesterol was border line high. He did not want to put me on medication because the “good” cholesterol numbers were within acceptable range. I decided I wanted to try to use diet to control my numbers. With this in mind, I went to see Jacqui. Jacqui created a meal and exercise plan for me that fit easily into my life. I learned which foods I should eat more of and which ones to eat moderately or avoid. I also learned that reducing the fat in my body would help.

Over the last six years I have seen my “bad” cholesterol numbers come down, lost weight, improved my body composition and increased my exercise.
